How your price is set

    You tell us what’s happening

    By phone or online. We confirm we cover your area and talk you through the likely cost.

    You confirm the booking

    Terms are sent to you in writing, including any deposit and your cancellation rights.

    We inspect and quote

    Anything beyond the booked service is itemised for you to accept or decline.

    You pay for what you agreed

    Nothing more. You get a receipt and your written report.

Your right to cancel

For work agreed at your home or online, you normally have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to start within that period, which most people do with an active problem, you’ll pay a fair amount for work already carried out. We’ll ask you to confirm this in writing.
