Identify
We separate what the evidence shows from guesswork: which species, how active, and the most likely routes in. We show you, with photos.
You’ll hear our recommendation on the spot, and get a written quote for anything beyond the agreed visit before it’s done.
Treat
A proportionate plan for your home, your household and the evidence, not a fixed package. Products are HSE-approved and placed with children and pets in mind.
Where the route is fixable, we quote proofing. Where it isn’t ours to fix, such as a neighbour’s wall or a shared drain, we tell you who to speak to.
Verify
We come back to check. Follow-ups confirm whether activity has stopped, and the programme only closes when the evidence says so.
If activity continues, we look again at the route rather than just topping up bait.
After every visit, you get it in writing.
